Meet Jay Stokes
Jay Stokes has been in the animal industry since 2012 and in multi-unit management and leadership for 3 Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years. Managing all of the veterinary hospitals for Banfield Pet Hospital in the Inland Empire, Jay applied his passion for operations to helping pets live happier and healthier lives. Together with his wife Amber, they started the PSS movement to provide professionalism, convenience, and cutting-edge style to the world of pet service. Pet Service Solutions is the culmination of their combined experience and dedication to provide the best possible care for pets. Jay's family consists of a Biewer Terrier (Madison), a German Shorthaired Pointer (Heidi), a German Wire-haired Pointer (Hagen), a tuxedo cat (Monkey), tortoise (Tim) and a human family (Amber, William, Nate, Evan & Jillian)
Meet Amber Jillian Stokes
Amber Jillian Stokes has been in the animal industry since 2004. Managing veterinary hospitals, in Banfield Pet Hospital's field and corporate office, in PetSmart store management, in company-wide store operations for JustFoodForDogs, and most recently as a corporate veterinary consultant. Struggling with the challenges of the current pet service industry, she was determined to start a movement and company that would redefine pet service. Albert Preciado PSS Pet Hotels Regional Manager & Managing Partner
Albert and his family have proudly called the La Verne/Pomona area home for generations, often accompanied by their beloved Labrador Retrievers over the years. Before joining Pet Service Solutions, he spent more than two decades managing a large retail store, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and customer service.
At PSS, Albert is known for building lasting relationships with both clients and their pets. He takes the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs, helping families feel confident that their companions are in caring, capable, and trustworthy hands.
Since joining the team in 2019, Albert has combined his extensive management experience with his genuine love for animals, playing an important role in helping the team deliver the best possible care for pets and achieve exceptional standards in pet service and hospitality.
Sarah Tolentino Upland PSS Pet Hotel Manager & Social Media Manager
Sarah has always had a special place in her heart for animals. With years of customer service experience, she has built her career around helping others and creating positive experiences for both people and fur babies.
While living in Santa Barbara, she managed a Cat Café that helped rescue cats facing homelessness and euthanasia find loving forever homes. She also actively volunteers with Cats In Need, a local rescue organization that shares her passion for helping animals.
Since joining the PSS family in 2023, she has found true fulfillment in caring for pets and building trusting relationships with clients. She treats every pet as if they were her own, making sure they feel safe and comfortable, giving pet parents peace of mind while they're away.
