Our Luxury Pet Hotel

Opened in 2017 in Pomona, and September 2022 in Upland, The PSS Pet Hotels offer modern, luxury, dog and cat suites in a variety of sizes, day care 7 days a week with indoor dog parks, and an upscale pet boutique from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

All suites, custom rooms with doors, separate ventilation and lighting (like mini-hotel rooms!)
Large indoor and air-conditioned dog parks with drainage. Several parks for all temperaments!
Separate cat facility with a large window-wall to the outside world!

Overnight Boarding

Rooms charged per night. Overnight suite with minimum of 3 potty/wellness breaks every day!

Pet parents can optionally add social play, spa services, or walks!

Requirements:

Distemper/Parvo (DHPP or DAPP), Bordetella (kennel cough), and Rabies. Bordetella is required every 6 months.

Our cat condos are 5 levels of fun and include daily access to our cat room with toys, climbing trees, and window watching.

Standard Cat Condo (15 sq ft): $35/night

What Makes Us Different

No Breed, Age, or Spay/Neuter restrictions

All breeds and ages are welcome, regardless of spay/neuter status. Un-spayed/un-neutered dogs CAN play with others with a few limitations.

We are open every day, even on Sundays and major holidays.

Great Communication

Every day we text you a picture of your pet(s) with an update on how they're doing so you can have peace of mind when you're away! You can always text us back with any questions, comments, or requests.

Pet Service Solutions has been servicing families surrounding Claremont since 2014 and The PSS Pet Hotel opened in 2017 in Pomona, California. Our second Pet Hotel in Upland opened in September, 2022!
